Special Orders
Special orders require a 50% deposit when the order is placed, is not refundable, and can not be returned for credit without authorization.

Minimum Order
There is a HANDLING CHARGE on orders less than $200.00.
BULK BLEACH Deliveries minimum billing per stop is $200.00.

Shipping & Deliveries
Deliveries by our Trucks
ALL DELIVERIES have a FUEL SURCHARGE FEE ADDED to the invoice (subject to change).
Deliveries less than $200.00 by our trucks will incur an additional MINIMUM ORDER DELIVERY FEE. BULK BLEACH Deliveries minimum billing per stop is $200.00.
Express Deliveries will incur an additional EXPRESS DELIVERY FEE. HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CONTAINERS may not be returned that still contain HAZARDOUS MATERIAL (D.O.T. Regulation 49CFR 173.29). All CO2 orders have a DELIVERY FEE.

UPS/FEDEX
ALL ORDERS shipped UPS/FEDEX will have a HANDLING FEE ADDED to the invoice in addition to any freight charges which may be added accordingly.

On-Site Service
For service call toll free 1-888-873-1102 ext. 15, or local 757-873-1102 ext. 15. We service most everything we sell, or will try to help direct you to the right source. Our 0N-SITE-SERVICE fee is $90.00 per hour. The minimum charge is $90.00, plus whatever TRAVEL FEE is incurred. Our TRAVEL FEE is $45.00 per hour, and is pro-rated. We specialize in providing after Sale Service. We are staffed with technicians to provide technical phone support and ON-SITE-SERVICE related to almost all equipment and water chemistry balance.

Credit Policy
CREDIT will be extended with an approved credit application. PAST DUE INVOICES will incur a FINANCE CHARGE of 1 1/2% per month (18% annually). PAST DUE Accounts will be liable for their invoice balance, any FINANCE CHARGES, and expenses incurred in collecting the PAST DUE BALANCE.

Terms
OUR TERMS OF PAYMENT ARE NET 30 DAYS from the Day of Shipment. We accept Electronic Checking, Check-Cash-VISA-Mastercard, and Credit Accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes & Pricing
All sales are subject to state and local taxes where applicable. Tax exempt customers must first have their tax exempt form approved by our Accounts Receivable Manager before being exempt from any sales tax.
Please call us for current pricing. Pricing for special equipment systems and chemical control systems require an evaluation by our sales staff. NOT ALL products are available in all areas of the country.

Returns
Goods that are to be returned must first be ISSUED A RMA NUMBER (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION). Goods are subject to a RE-STOCKING FEE. FREIGHT AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
