Minimum Orders

There is a Handling Fee on orders less than $300.00 (Richmond and East).

There is a Handling Fee on orders less than $500.00 North and West of Richmond.

Bulk Bleach Deliveries minimum billing per stop is $300.00 (Richmond and East).

Shipping and Deliveries

Deliveries by our Trucks
All deliveries have a Fuel Surcharge Fee Added to the invoice.

Deliveries less than $300.00 by our trucks will incur an additional fee.

Bulk Bleach Deliveries minimum billing per stop is $300.00.

Hazardous Material Containers may not be returned that still contain Hazardous Material (D.O.T. Regulation 49CFR 173.29). All CO2 orders have a Delivery Fee.

UPS/FEDEX
ALL ORDERS shipped UPS/FEDEX will have a Handling Fee Added to the invoice in addition to any freight charges which may be added accordingly.

Payment Terms

Our Terms of Payment are Net 30 Days from the Day of Shipment. We accept Electronic Checking, Check-Cash-VISA-Mastercard, and Credit Accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Goods that are to be returned must first be issued an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Goods are subject to a Re-Stocking Fee. Freight and Handling Charges are not refundable.

Taxes and Pricing

All sales are subject to state and local taxes where applicable. Tax exempt customers must first have their tax exempt form approved by our Accounts Receivable Manager before being exempt from any sales tax.
