Repair Service
For service call toll free 1-888-873-1102 ext. 15, or local 757-873-1102 ext. 15. We service most everything we sell, or will try to help direct you to the right source. Our 0N-SITE-SERVICE fee is $90.00 per hour. The minimum charge is $90.00, plus whatever TRAVEL FEE is incurred. Our TRAVEL FEE is $45.00 per hour, and is pro-rated. We specialize in providing after Sale Service. We are staffed with technicians to provide technical phone support and ON-SITE-SERVICE related to almost all equipment and water chemistry balance.
There is a REPAIR ESTIMATE FEE. The fee can be applied towards labor repair charges should the item be approved for repair. Parts and freight are additional charges.
