Water Management is a customized service that Harper and Company, Inc. provides. With a pump room check-up this service can include: water testing, chemical analysis recommendations, Stranco controller calibration, Stranco controller download when applicable, chemical feeder inspection, strainer basket cleaning, water level recommendation, filter backwashing, algae inspection, and more depending on your set-up and needs. On-Site Services

We specialize in providing after sale service on our products. If we cannot service the item, we can help direct you to someone who can. If you need assistance or have questions, our staffed technicians can provide phone support as well to almost all equipment and water chemistry balance issues.
